Midlands Protection Services work on some of the UKs largest events/festivals. As a company we pride ourselves on delivering excellence in this field and do this by ensuring those that work for us give our customers and their customers the best possible experience.

**Duties whilst on shift**:

- Controlling access points/ exit gates and site perimeter patrolling
- Supporting customers by utilising effective customer service skills
- Crowd control - directing foot traffic, queue management, maintaining order, reporting anti-social behaviour.

**About you, what we require**:

- Have strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent timekeeping
- An approachable manner with superb customer facing skills
- The ability to handle confrontational situations whilst remaining calm & professional at all times
- Smart & Presentable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
