Store Communications Coordinator

Join us as a Communication Coordinator and you’ll help shape our communications with colleagues in our Magnet Stores.

**What you’ll be doing**

You will be accountable for creating and publishing Store Communications, developing and improving communication strategies and projects, and ensuring the communication is accurate and concise for colleagues to understand.

You’ll liaise with colleagues and teams across the business, ensuring communications published are time bound, task-based and articulated in a form that supports stores to implement right first time.

Taking ownership for the maintenance and publication of all documents on the My Magnet area of the internal communication platform KitcheNet, you’ll also work with stakeholders across the business, to forward plan all communication.

You’ll continuously improve our communication channels to stores and identify other channels to improve engagement with store teams. Support the scoping, defining, prioritising, and implementing new communications propositions and initiatives.

**What you’ll need**

You’ll have strong communication skills; both verbal and written, will be confident and proficient in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, and have the ability to understand and influence the communications to stores.

You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an understanding of store operations, process and standards, and the ability to influence and communicate across all levels within the business.

You’ll be self-motivated and have ability to work with mínimal guidance.
