**More about your role**

The role of a Communities Coordinator is to provide administrative support to the Senior SLT team, a big part of your role will require you to manage diaries, book travel and accommodation and support with Senior Management meetings which will involve you managing actions set by the team and minute taking.

As part of your role, you will need to understand GDPR regulations as this role will require you to work with sensitive information. You will be required to work around a fixed schedule, time management will play a key part in this role as you will be asked to work towards several deadlines.

You will report into the Senior Executive Assistant and may be responsible for managing their workload in their absence which involves you taking on additional duties.

Working as an Communities Coordinator provides you with flexibility in the way that you work. You will be asked to work at our Leeds office, Stanley House, and have the flexibility to work from home.

The ideal applicant will have experience in a similar role carrying out administrative duties, you will have great communication skills which will allow you to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

You will have a high level of attention to detail, you will have the ability to work both autonomously and be part of a team supporting colleagues to be the best that they can be.
