Stafford, United Kingdom Staffordshire Training Hub Full time

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Undertake Level 3 Apprenticeship training framework in Business Administration.
- Daily updates of the STH Socials; Facebook and Twitter with the aim to engage and grow the number of followers/members.
- Maintain stock checks on a regular basis of relevant stationery and merchandise.
- Arranging meetings including face-to-face and virtually via MS Teams.
- Taking Minutes at meeting virtually or via a recording.
- Provide assistance and learn how to plan and arrange courses and events, including organising catering, booking venues and liaising with event leads.
- Working with the administration team to produce the weekly bulletin via Canva and Mail Chimp
- Creating electronic surveys via the Survey Monkey portal
- Maintaining and updating of the STH website including uploading course and training events
- Management of ad-hoc small projects
- Support the STH Manager, Administration Manager and Administrator and wider team as and when required.
- Dealing with telephone queries, signposting to appropriate individual team members or organisations as applicable.

Note: This position is an apprenticeship, which means that on-the-job training will be provided. The apprentice will have the opportunity to learn various aspects of business administration while gaining valuable work experience.

**Salary**: £20,475.00 per year
