**The Company**

Belvoir are nationally recognised within the property industry as first class Lettings and Sales agents. **Belvoir Stafford** are a well-established family firm with excellent reputation for delivering a quality service and are recognised as market leaders locally. They are seeking Lettings administrator to work as part of a small team in their prestigious Stafford office.

**The Role**:
A part time Lettings administrator - Work as part of a small and dedicated team to deliver a first class lettings service - this is an interesting role providing variety and challenge in equal amounts The main focus is on administration, viewings, property visits and covering for the Rents and Accounts supervisor in her absence. Experience an advantage but common sense and drive to deliver will be a great foundation

**Main Duties**:

- Routine Tenancy administration processes including preparation of agreements
- Carrying out tenant referencing on an automatic system
- Conducting property viewings and face to face meetings with clients
- Visits to properties
- Preparing inventories (after training)
- Deputising for the Rents and Accounts supervisor in her absence
- Accurate data entry and management on bespoke software systems
- Working 10.00 to 4.30 Monday to Friday and Saturday morning by rota (max 1 in 4, with additional day off in lieu)

**Must have**:

- Own car and full driving licence (mileage allowance paid for business miles)
- Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and work well under pressure, including multitasking
- Great personality and be a good team worker
- Drive to see the project completed against deadlines
- Strong grades in maths and English required
- Be prepared to undertake formal training and qualifications in lettings (funded by Belvoir)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
