This role is a permanent full time role.
To provide a range of administrative and accounting support services for the company's projects

**What will my day-to-day duties look like?**

Project Document Control-lead role in the control of all project incoming & outgoing documents (client/internal/suppliers), document status reporting and DMS recording. Cost to Completes (CTC) preparation of CTC for engineer completion-inc monitoring CTC consumables, project invoicing, original budgeted allowances. Logistics
- supporting import/export shipping, liaising with transport companies for shipments. Goods and Quality Control support
- equipment returns, delivery note generation and recording shipments. Travel support
- handling travel bookings, flights, hotels and liaising with travel companies. General project support to PM & Engineers as necessary. To aid project delivery including attendance during internal KO & Project close-out meetings. Ensuring full compliance with the Company's QA standards in all relevant reporting, documentation, record keeping and procedures relevant to this role.
