X2 Recruit are looking for a Minor Works Coordinator for our Client in Norwich.

The main role of the Minor Works Co-ordinator is to track and process minor works jobs approved by the client, following each job through from start to completion and invoicing all work completed at the end of the month. The job requires good communication throughout with other departments / trades, contractors and the client.

Other responsibilities include good data management, tracking and storage, assisting the Building Manager & Officer with Lifecycle work where required along with any other assistance they may need. Working hours shall be 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday

Key skills required:

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise own workload
- Good communication skills both verbal and online
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Project
- Working knowledge of DWG True view is desired

£10.33 per hour, 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £10.33 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Norwich, Norfolk: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
