Proeon Systems is looking to strengthen their presence in the industrial control systems market with the appointment of a **Commercial Administrator **to join their team of commercial professionals.

**The Role**

To provide a range of administrative and commercial support services to the company as necessary including, with specific responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:

- Administration and support to Commercial Team
- Preparation of company information in support of tender submissions
- Administration support to Senior Management
- Support with other company administrative tasks as necessary
- Administer/maintain the company’s CRM system (Salesforce)
- Investigate new markets through research and present findings
- Event co-ordination and support, including promotion and potential attendance
- Assist with travel organisation as required
- Ensure full compliance with the Company’s QA standards in all relevant reporting, documentation, record keeping, etc

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Supporting all aspects of company administration e.g. preparing Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements & maintain NDA record
- Maintain up-to-date company information on all sales portals
- Administer/review Sales Literature branding
- Maintain Records for: Project History; Vendor Registration; Client Feedback; Lost Project
- Preparation of Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements and maintain records accordingly

**The Person**:

- Minimum education requirements: A-Level English; Maths
- Dynamic individual with ability to adapt to changing priorities and multi-task
- Administrative experience of working within a busy environment and adhering to strict deadlines
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload effectively and efficiently
- Excellent time management skills with a strong delivery performance
- Excellent attention to detail
- Commercial awareness
- Numerate with a strong analytical mind
- PC literate in MS products: Microsoft Word/Excel - advanced skills; powerpoint
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Salesforce CRM - working knowledge preferable
- Positive attitude & drive to succeed
- Assess, manage and resolve problems/issues
- Adaptability to work as part of a team & on own individual merits
- Willingness to learn & develop further, with expanding roles / responsibilities as the business grows.
