We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Contract Monitoring Administrator to work as part of the contracts and facilities team in delivering a high-quality Facilities Contracts throughout the Trust.

You must be able to communicate and work with staff at all levels as you will be responsible for supporting the Contracts & Facilities Team You will be responsible for carrying out auditing of cleaning across Trust sites in Oxfordshire, to ensure all site services achieve high standards, within budget, to ensure all meet Infection Control and Trust standards, and to compile action plans for all remedial actions required.

You will be responsible for carrying out audits to ensure KPI are being and supporting the managements teams in meetings and taking notes, assist in procurement and Health and safety management.

The role will also require the individual to support and cover in the facilities team

Manage the diary for team and contractor/supplied meetings. Book rooms, diary management, prepare agendas and any relevant documents for contract meetings, including minutes of contract meetings. Highlight meeting actions and ensure relevant parties have a copy where appropriate and update action logs from meetings.

To send out Customer satisfaction surveys, collate result and report findings to contract manager, identifying items that require attention and action.

Supporting the management and performance of contractors engaged to provide estates and facilities services. Where contractor/supplier has not met contract requirements ensure contract credits are applied as appropriate
