Our client an international business specialising in Travel and Hospitality is recruiting a **Sales Administrator to work on a hybrid basis**. Working from either the Oxford or London office for 2 days per week, the remainder will be remote working. This is 12 month contract paying £15.00 per hour plus holiday pay.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provides sales operation process and support
- Provides support and advice to sales colleagues
- Expected to work across multi-functional teams, evaluate problems to solve, prioritize, & provide solutions and track and communicate resolution.
- Creates effective CRM dashboards
- Monitors the quality and integrity of CRM data
- Uses win/loss information to analyse data

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Fluency in English is required; an additional language would be desirable
- Previous sales operations experience
- Experience in strategy, operations, technology, analytics or related field
- Team player with a positive attitude keen to take on new challenges and learn new skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- An interest in the Travel and Tourism industry
- A solid working knowledge of Salesforce, including reporting and creating dashboards and views.
- Mid-Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
