Meter Reading Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant with an excellent attitude, high attention to detail and proven ability to maintain great relationships internally and externally. You will be supporting the scheduling of meter reading activities across various customer journeys along with the day to day enquiries associated with meter reads. The role will be fast paced and very team focused.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills to support the many different contact channels.
- Scheduling monthly, six monthlies and adhoc reads across various contract in readiness for billing.
- Administration of audits, reporting, book downloads, meter exchange updates across all contracts.
- Administration of NHH & Temetra helpdesk inbox.
- Administration of invoicing using Oracle.
- Be one of the main points of contact for meter reading queries.
- Administration of orders of equipment aligned to budget.
- Participate in and promote the internal feedback process, to actively seek and offer feedback to promote continuous improvement.
- Maintain records, relating to training, health, safety and wellbeing, risk assessments and general team activities

**Requirements**:

- Experience in administration (essential)
- Good IT systems awareness, MS Word, MS Excel, SharePoint (essential)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Understanding of the Temetra systems (desirable)
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Passion for helping others
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
