Solent Mind is a mental health charity providing a range of high quality services to improve people’s mental wellbeing and to promote choice and rights to everyone who needs our support. Our services operate in various locations throughout the Hampshire area.

We believe that everyone that everyone should have access to mental health support in their own community if and when they need it, and are committed to delivering high quality, person-centred support that is based on local needs. In the Portsmouth area, we deliver on this commitment through a wide range of services that support people with employment, dementia, advocacy, military families, and recovery focussed education alongside a wide programme of group and 1:1 peer support. We work in close partnership with Solent NHS Trust and other local services.

**Salary: £21,618 - £23, 280 pro rata per annum**

**Location: Portsmouth**

Our peer teams walk alongside people on their road to recovery, through community based 1:1 and group work. You will need to have personal, lived experience of a mental health issue for our peer roles.
