**Main Purpose of the job**:
To take the lead in developing and implementing company-wide compliance, risk, and audit systems and processes. To undertake compliance, auditing and risk activities within the business and advise the management team on possible risks as well as resolving items through day-to-day activity.

To implement and maintain good governance across the business working both with and as part of the management team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Compliance**
- Responsible for review and updating of company policies.
- Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
- Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
- Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
- Ensure all Associate Case Manager registration documentation is checked annually.

**Database**
- Regularly audit our database procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.

**Third Party Suppliers**
- Regular review and audit of all third party rehabilitation suppliers to the business.
- Provide regular reporting on the suppliers and identify with the Operational & Clinical

Team improvements & risk areas.

**Insurance policies**
- To work with the Management Team to review all insurance policies and ensure compliance of policies within the business.
- To support the annual renewals of company insurance policies.

**UK GDPR**
- To work alongside the Management Team as a point of contact with staff, clients, customers, and stakeholders for UK GDPR.
- To work alongside the Management Team on Data incident reports & monthly reporting.
- Participate in meetings with managers to ensure privacy by design at all levels.
- Regularly review IT feedback to ensure cyber security compliance.

**General**
- Key member of the Management Team to assist with the ongoing development, implementation, and review of operational policies and procedures identified as being required.
- Seek, develop, and nurture positive working relationships across all sectors to support the rehab services.
- Build alliances and partnerships with other relevant/related organisations.
- Contribute to the effective flow of information within the organisation.
- Other duties from time to time to support the core business.

- Critical problem-solving ability

- Self-starter with capacity to work independently as well as a team player that can help motivate and inspire work colleagues to deliver the same standard and instil a desire to achieve Company objectives
- Excellent communicator with both internal and external customers
