The Role

This exciting role will see you joining our dynamic Assurance team, working closely with our Head of Compliance to deliver regulatory compliance monitoring and risk management activities. You will also have opportunities to develop wider assurance expertise to support our Chief Risk Officer and Head of Internal Audit.


Your Key Responsibilities

As a Regulatory Risk Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering regulatory compliance monitoring within our WPA Assurance Plan.
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of WPA's regulatory obligations.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Preparing high-quality written communications and reports.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Familiarity with FCA financial services regulations.
  • Experience or skills in regulatory compliance, risk management, and assurance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
