As Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting with the production of marketing materials and campaigns, maintaining SharePoint sites, as well as maintaining information sites to ensure relevant data and information is available to Global & Local Marketing teams.

**Global Marketing Team Admin**- Supporting the Ostomy Care Global Marketing team across all locations (in the UK, US and Brazil).
- Provide administration support to the Ostomy Care Global Marketing team.
- Management of finances including managing the budget trackers.
- Supporting internal and external communication initiatives and events.
- Maintaining information sites to ensure relevant data and information is available to Global & Local Marketing teams.

**Duties & responsibilities of the role**

**Administrative Tasks (35%)**:
- Upload marketing collateral to Marketing World based on input from Global Marketing Team, obsoleting materials as necessary.
- Raise Purchase Requests/Orders: processing payments, claims, track A&P expenses etc.
- Assist the Global Product Team with Market Extension Process (MEP) submissions.
- Maintain the Global Marketing meeting & conference calendar each year, liaising with the relevant key stakeholders on the agenda, sending out pre-read slides before each meeting and following up with meeting minutes.
- Maintain contact list of global Ostomy Care markets.

**Advertising & Promotion Administration (35%)**:
- Monitor the timely submission and review of marketing collateral through the internal MRL (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) system, Compass. Track approvals with key stakeholders ad drive them forward.
- Assist the Global Product Team by coordinating the production of Labelling Requests - labelling, packaging, IFUs (Instructions for Use) artwork - liaising with cross-functional stakeholders.

**Communication & Events (20%)**:
- Support the Global Digital Team in the collection and publishing of internal updates on MyConvaTec.
- Lead the monthly newsletter creation and distribution.
- Organisation, planning and booking of key internal events and team meetings.

**Additional Tasks (10%)**:
- Support Global Marketing Team with extra taks such as web page updates for regulatory review, sources references in medical databases and managing updates to stakeholders as required.

**Travel Requirements**

Travel is expected to be limited, under 10%.
