Part-time Customer Service Executive

This is a superb part-time, permanent opportunity for a Customer Service Executive and you will receive excellent training and career progression opportunities.
**Days and hours of work would be either**:
Monday to Friday 8.30am-12.30pm or Monday to Friday 14.00hrs-18.00hrs a 20 hour week.

**Customer Service Executive Responsibilities will include**:
- Handling incoming telephone calls from a variety of customers, employers etc and providing a professional level of support to callers.
- Providing great customer service to all callers.
- Attempting, where possible to deal with callers in first instance to a final and satisfactory outcome to reduce call backs.
- Building and maintaining customer’s trust and confidence to maximise, customer, advisor, and third party satisfaction.
- Answering any customer service queries and transferring calls to the correct team when needed.
- Identifying and escalating customer complaints offering excellent customer service.
