Overview:
Delaware North UK is searching for a full-time Stadium Tour Bookings and Administration Coordinator to join our team at London Stadium in East London. As Stadium Tour Bookings and Administration Coordinator, you will deliver impeccable coordination and administration services for tour bookings and back of house administration systems, ensuring a smooth journey for guests through communication channels, maximising revenues and managing accounts. You will work closely with the Head of Tours, providing administrational practices and procedures delivered to a high and efficient standard.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily ticket operation and work with operations to ensure smooth booking and scheduling of individual bookings with specific requirements where required, as well taking group tour bookings from initial enquiry to completion and feedback stage, managing and upselling to create bespoke bookings and itineraries to suit guest requirements and maximise revenue. Meet requirements and best practices to ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Convert enquiries to bookings, highlighting procedures or ideas that will drive a higher success rate. Oversee and develop partnerships with group bookers and working with the Tour Manager to identify new partnerships.
- Co-ordinate the redemption of vouchers and create clear practices, invoicing, and daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, accounts, and visitor numbers. Assist with the scheduling, payroll and staffing operation when required by the Tour Manager.
- Proactively research and source new business and develop with the Tour Manager specific products, communicating effectively and accurately to stakeholders and third parties, relating to operational and booking practices or procedures. Review and suggest new procedures that will aid the Back of House Operation.
- Represent the Stadium Tour team at off-site events such as World Travel Market and other similar trade events, and represent the Tour daily, fulfilling Match Day Roles when required.

Qualifications:

- GCSE’s or 1 - 2 years’ experience.
- Ability to build effective relationships, self-motivated, flexible and ability to respond positively to change.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including confident and engaging presentation skills.
- Proven administrational experience with experience in Microsoft Office.
- Experience working within customer focussed environments, working with Booking and Reporting Systems, managing databases and improving their usage.
- Account Management, with sales driven and upselling experience.
- Awareness of the Trade and Group Tour Industry is beneficial, however not required.
