Delaware North UK is **hiring a full-time Good Receipts Administrator at Wembley Stadium in London.** As Good Receipts Administrator, you will be accountable for all facets of administration within the Culinary Department. You will assist the Food Controller and Beverage Manager with purchasing, receiving, and distribution.

**Responsibilities**
- Adhere to Delaware North policies in all purchasing activities to ensure consistent approach and reduce potential risk to the company.
- Become proficient in the use of procure to pay procurement system to receipt deliveries and run queries.
- Liaise with the procurement team to ensure that electronic purchasing and system data source information such as product listings and pricing are accurate.
- Become proficient in use of APTRAC. Respond to APTRAC queries in a timely manner.
- Assist all on site managers with invoicing and reporting.
- Manage the administration of day-to-day ordering, receiving, and distribution of stock from external contractors and suppliers within the department.
- Handle and log all potential supplier enquiries.
- Review open purchase orders and GRNI reports. Escalate any issues as necessary.
- Build strong relationships with senior business leaders and provide administrative assistance when needed.
- Ensure that the operation is in accordance with current practice, management, and measurement of all areas of responsibility including health & safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards.

**Qualifications**
- GCSE’s or 1+ years’ experience required.
- Excellent systems and Excel skills. Ability to make complex pivot tables.
- High level of attention to detail and rigorous commitment to accuracy.
- Highly organised and excellent team player.
- Positive attentive, self-motivated, and works well under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
