**Key Responsibilities**
- Undertake postal duties for the Firm in accordance with their internal procedure
- To work within the Compliance Team
- Use of the Firm office management system
- Providing support across the Firm, where required
- Inputting data entry
- To assist with reception duties including answering the phone when required.
- Archiving duties

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Ability to work in a team environment.
- To be able to communicate effectively.
- To work in a methodical and accurate manner
- Presentable with an excellent telephone manner.
