Immediate start - **WOW FACTOR**:Working within a market leader within their field, this company is growing.

An office-based role to assist the key account manager with compliance paperwork supporting large UK based energy companies and social housing contractors.
You will need to be excellent on Excel and happy to talk to people on the telephone to chase documentation.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day to day compliance monitoring and investigation activity
- Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
- Deal with all compliance queries
- Ensuring the company database is updated accurately
- Completing and verifying background checks e.g. references, qualifications, criminal records, etc

- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong problem solver
- Effective written and verbal communication (procedure documentation and management reporting)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
