**Wayleave Officer | Infrastructure | Milton Keynes Hub**

Infrastructure projects don't happen without wayleave officers to liaise with landowners. Do you love talking to farmers and landowners, and negotiating access to get massive infrastructure projects built?

**The Company**

We are proud to be working with a household name who are the global leader in engineering and consultancy services. Experienced in land access rights and wayleaves across a range of infrastructure projects in the UK they always have a new project in the pipeline. Currently, they are in need for someone to assist in the Milton Keynes area.

**The role**

This is a permanent and full-time position where you will be seconded to the client's office 3 days a week with overnight accommodation provided if you require.

Working on large infrastructure projects you will spend your time 3 days a week in the office or on site, with the other 2 days a week working from home.

You will be responsible for arranging access to land to allow the management of infrastructure projects, dealing with compensation claims, easements, and the general challenges of talking to farmers.

Experienced in wayleaves across rural and urban environments ideally in utility or infrastructure projects.
