To take incoming calls from clients and suppliers.

Log new works orders with key suppliers,

Managing emergency reactive jobs that are logged daily,

Chasing open jobs and quotes to completion where possible.

To have a good working knowledge of each client group and their specific needs

Perform and complete any other duties assigned by your line manager or the senior management team.

Looking for someone who is a strong communicator and if you have experience in these sectors:
- Experience in a commercial property management environment/Facilities Management or building/construction environment would be advantageous
