Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for an Order Processing Administrator on behalf of a well known business that specialises in Engineering, Rail, Healthcare and Energy
Job Purpose
Reporting to the Order Fulfilment Team Leader, the purpose of this role is to organise & fulfil all required spare parts orders & repair orders from the customer, liaising with the customer & German colleagues to ensure all orders are kept in good order and fulfilled in required timeframes.
**Responsibilities**:
Process repair & spares orders through our SAP order management system.
Keep detailed and accurate logs as to what stage each order is at so that customers can be fully informed upon request.
Engage with customers keeping them up to date with the progress of their orders & resolving any scheduling conflicts.
Work with our Material & Logistics department to ensure timely shipping of all repair items back to Germany and to organise goods to be shipped back to the customer.
Keep pricing lists for our services & spare parts up to date
Resolve any part number conflicts with the customer prior to any repairs arriving at our factory.
Process quotation requests using our SAP order management system using existing price lists
Request pricing from Siemens factory where unavailable
Check stock levels and place orders for stock as required
Work with our Material & Logistics department to ensure timely shipping of all orders
Working closely with the repairs team to understand the process from start to finish
Providing repair and production updates to customers
Process purchase orders as requested by colleagues for day to day workshop requirements
Use Outlook and Excel to prioritise and complete tasks
Working closely with colleagues to resolve issues and escalating where required
Cover staff absences and tasks as and when required including booking shipments
To be considered for the Order Processing Administrator role you must have the following skills and experience
Excellent IT skills (Microsoft office)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with a wide range of people is essential.
Organisational skills & attention to detail are essential
Previous experience with SAP highly desirable
Previous order management experience highly desirable
