Howdens is looking for a Service Administrator to join the Warehousing team at Howden to assist the Service Analysist in investigating service issues between the PDC and Trade, by analysing data provided. This role necessitates working with RTM (Route to Market), Transport, and Trade to determine accountability and resolve service and cost conflicts

**Shift Pattern**:
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

**What will I be doing as Service Administrator**:

- Analysis of daily debit and damage data, investigating and reporting any issues or trends
- Accountable for conducting route cause analysis and recommending solutions to service-related issues to drive improvement.
- Actively voice issues and provide information in the weekly operational meeting
- Assist in managing the stream of communication between the PDC, Depots, and RTM
- Assist the Service analyst to challenge depots with data provided by the operation or inventory team regarding unsupported service claims.
- Provide financial data to maintain budgetary controls and keep within KPI targets.
- Represent the Howden PDC in the weekly Damage & debits meeting, sharing the group information to the service manager.
- Coordinate all customer special orders through the supply chain to Trade, with regular audits.
- Ensuring our loads to Trade are flagged with any special requirements ie H&S instructions & spares
- To provide a support service to the Routes to Market Team when required
- Coordination or Paint to Order, orders through JDA and ensuring they are managed onto loads.
- Reporting weekly XDC Debit and Damage values to the Finance Team

**What will I need to qualify for the Warehouse Administrator**:

- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point is essential.
- An understanding of WMS, ideally JDA dispatcher. SAP R3 and BW Reporting
- Ideally 1years logistics admin experience within a fast-paced distribution environment
