Activities Co-ordinator

Duties include:
- Develop and implement engaging activities and programs for residents, taking into consideration their interests, abilities, and preferences.
- Plan and coordinate a variety of recreational, social, and educational activities to promote physical and mental well-being. Manage the activity schedule, ensuring that activities are appropriately staffed and resources are available.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate activities into the overall care plan for residents.
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in care and incorporate new ideas into activity programming.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
