**Customer Support Specialist**

**As a Customer Support Specialist, you will need/be**:

- Experience in a customer service/support role
- Strong communication skills with an ability to persuade and influence
- Strong Team player with excellent attention to detail
- Customer handling skills with clear and effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to us own initiative to obtain all information required for resolution
- Able to organise own work load and meet deadlines

**Details**:

- **Salary**: £25, 000 + £1, 610 lunch allowance (in addition to basic salary)
- **Working Hours**: 37.5 hours week, Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am - 3.00pm (30 minute lunch daily)
- **Location**: Tamworth
- **Duration**: Permanent

**Role of Customer Support Specialist**:

- Inbound and outbound calls, handling enquires
- Order processing
- Support the Customer Service Manager
- Internal daily administration
