**Salary offering up to £42K experience dependent**Are you looking to bring at least two years of experience in a Senior Marketing Manager or H/O role within the hospitality/entertainment space and take full responsibility for the day-to-day digital communications of a group of neighbourhood pubs in the Oxfordshirearea who are known for award-winning interiors, top-notch burgers, Neapolitan pizzas, and unbeatable vibes?
Our client is looking for a creative and passionate marketeer who has proven experience creating and management of successful multi-channel marketing campaigns, has superior copywriting skills and an enthusiastic, resilient and problem-solving attitude.
Understanding our client’s cultural objectives and being able to translate them across the relevant digital and marketing platforms is at the core of this role.
**Duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Management of a diverse and growing in-house marketing team as well as external agency relationships
- Working closely with the Directors to create marketing strategy to align with other areas of the business and wider objectives
- Oversee all content and social media platforms as well as a hands-on approach to posting, commenting, updating and engaging with the online community via InstagraM/Facebook / TripAdvisor / Google
- Creating, management and analysis of events of all sizes from weekly pub quizzes to large-scale Street Party/Festival style events
- Be able to create and assist with the design of marketing collateral to deliver messaging that aligns with brand strategy
- Collaborate with Management from all the establishments to ensure brand consistency; ensuring brand guidelines and style sheets are adhered too.

The stuff you already know that’s going to make you great at this role:

- Proven experience working with Google Analytics, and basic management of Google Ads
- Firm grasp of paid social advertising, PPC, SEO and keyword research
- Good understanding of management of Marketing budget and financial tracking
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work through sales data to build strategy and assess campaigns against objectives
- Basic understanding of Adobe illustrator, Photoshop InDesign; enabling project management with graphic designers (desirable)

It is essential that you have a clean drivers license and your own transport to be able to travel between sites across Oxford, Reading, Cheltenham and Witney.
