**The Opportunity**
We’re looking for a Head of Fellowship Engagement (Areas) to help us achieve real impact by providing leadership, support and planning to the Fellowship Engagement team, in order to increase and deepen Fellowship engagement resulting in increased recruitment and retention rates.
**About You**
- Knowledge of best practice regarding mobilising and sustaining volunteer-led networks.
- Experience of high-level volunteer stakeholder management and engagement.
- Proven experience of developing collaborative relationships working with people from a diverse range of expertise and interests.
