London, United Kingdom Kindred Recruitment Full time

**Head of Fellowship Engagement**

**Up to £58,000**

**Can be remote (UK) or London based but must be willing to spend one day per month in Central London office**

**35 hour week - flex hours available / Core hours are 10-4**

If the above resonates, you might just be the person to take up the post of Head of Fellowship with a forward thinking and passionate non-profit membership organisation at the heart of addressing important issues in our society.

Working at a strategic level, my client is seeking a diplomatic people person with strong leadership skills. The remit for this role is to facilitate action and engagement from fellows/members to ensure that regional events, groups, meetings and general activity by members is inline with wider organisational goals and objectives.

Day to day your oversight and leadership will ensure consistency across regions, that issues or problems are addressed and solved, that Regional Managers feel supported, processes are in place and are scalable and each region has clear guidance and direction. An important part of this opportunity is fellow or member engagement and your insight and expertise will help to build a following of communities who want to participate in activities that relate to their interests or issues they feel passionate about.

**Who are you?**

You’ll be a natural collaborator, leader and a confident decision-maker. You enable people to feel confident to make their own decisions and to want to engage in activity that supports a common goal. Stakeholder engagement is key to the success of this role and you’ll be able to draw upon plenty of experience in stakeholder management.

In addition, to ensure success as Head of Fellowship Engagement we hope to see:

- Experience within sectors such as non-profit, charity, education, innovation or a relevant commercial environment
- Senior stakeholder engagement / ability to get buy-in of senior managers / decision makers
- Ability to lead and inspire other successful managers
- Appreciate different opinions and points of view
