We are working with a fantastic, forward-thinking Manufacturing business in Hull who are currently recruiting for a customer service advisor to join their friendly, supportive telephone team. You will be the first point of contact for your customers, lookingto offer them fantastic levels of customer service, checking the status of their orders, offering new and alternative products, providing samples of products and seeing the customer through their full order journey.

That’s why we are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service, who enjoys working with people, who is looking to learn about a new industry. Someone who is self-motivated and who is organised and is driven to succeed.

If you have worked with CRM systems and Salesforce that could be an advantage, but not essential as support and training will be provided.

This is a Monday to Friday role working 8.30am to 5.00pm, with an hour for lunch. You will also have 26 days holidays plus bank holidays, so you will be able to have a great work life balance. They offer an enhanced pension contribution of 9%, along withcycle to work scheme, Health Cash Plan and a Calm App. They are within walking distance of the train station, have onsite car parking with an electrical vehicle charging point if required.
