Are you a **Customer Service Advisor **working in the **Hull **area and looking to work for a large business with plenty of career opportunities? Are employee benefits important to you as well as continued training and development?

Following a period of growth, our client is looking for an additional **Customer Service Advisor** to join their team. They invest a lot in their employees with training, support and personal development as well as offering the opportunity to work in a modern open-plan office with free car parking available.

**What the job involves**
- Dealing with any queries as well as taking payments.
- Building long-lasting relationships with your customers and internal colleagues
- Working with your customer to make sure that they work within agreed credit limits and payment terms.

**Skills required**
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced role from within a face-to-face or contact centre environment.
- An assertive and empathetic nature
- The drive to deliver results for the business.
- Self-managed and able to work on your own initiative.
- Good computer skills, specifically Excel as you will be working on a variety of Excel reports as well as SAGE.
