Job Introduction
Motus Commercials located in **Hull** is on the lookout for a dedicated** Customer Service Advisor** to join our friendly team providing exceptional levels of service to our customers. The position will see you working:
**Week 1: Monday to Friday 08.00am - 17.30pm**

**Week 2: Monday to Friday 08.30am - 18.00pm**

**Salary - £28500.00**

**OTE - £30425.00**

As a Customer Service Advisor at Motus Commercials in **Hull **we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

Main duties for our Customer Service Advisor are:
1. Providing exceptional customer service

3. Dealing with customer queries from acceptance to resolution

4. Exceeding customer expectations by ensuring you are part of a Brilliant Team which provides a quality service to all customers.

5. To embrace all opportunities of learning and developing alongside some of our Brilliant Customer Service Advisors.

6. Maximise opportunities for labour and parts sales whilst offering customer good value for money

7. Promote and upsell vehicle service and maintenance contracts

8. Attend manufacture and dealer training courses to develop and grow skill sets
