Service Lead Paediatric Therapies

You will ensure that all Trust initiatives are interpreted and applied to the service and that the clinical quality of the offer is maintained through a robust review and audit process. Engaging with transformation and change projects, you will keep the needs of the client group central to all decision making. You will contribute to senior management meetings as required and will lead service level meetings. You will be responsible for the governance of the service and for the quality of practice such as clinical record keeping and safeguarding.

You will hold an overview of the recruitment and workforce development for the service. You will collaborate closely with the clinical services manager, commissioners and transformation partners to ensure the integrity and quality of the offer to children and young people is maintained. You will need to be able to negotiate and delegate efficiently. You will need to be able to offer leadership around the implementation of policies and procedures and ensure equality for staff in the workplace.
