Full-Time Customer Support Agent

Our client's Customer Care Team is growing in their vibrant Milton Keynes office. As they look to invest in the expansion of our contact centre team, we're seeking talented and thoughtful individuals who love to listen and help our customers manage their accounts.

£12.00 - £13.00 Per hour

This is a Monday-to-Friday role with weekly shift rotations.

The shifts will vary between:

- 8 am-4 pm
- 9 am-5 pm
- 10 am-6 pm
- 11 am-7 pm
- 12 pm-8 pm
- Late shift for only 1 week of the month the position requires a commitment of 35 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Commitment to meeting key performance indicators, such as service levels and operational risk.
- Supporting process changes to enhance the customer journey.
- Taking ownership of customer inquiries and addressing escalated customer issues according to established procedures.
- Ensuring accurate and timely management of assigned accounts.
- Communicating professionally with customers.
- Completing ongoing compliance and remedial training as scheduled.
- Proactively identifying new issues or risks.
- Collaborating with colleagues to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
- Embracing change and innovation within the team.
- Demonstrating ownership and common sense in all tasks and sharing best practices across teams.
