Our client, a hugely successful full service promoter of live music, is seeking a **Marketing Director** to lead a team and take responsibility for all European advertising and promotions.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Responsibility for all marketing assets, advertising, and promotions for live shows in Europe.
- Collaborating with marketing teams, agent, and artist managers to organise marketing roll out and develop integrated marketing plans.
- Originating marketing budgets and ensuring they are adhered to with accurate monitoring.
- Ensuring target audiences are correctly identified and result in ticket sales.
- Overseeing the successful use of best practice across communications and media buying, in liaison with central and local teams, and talent buyers.
- Driving ticket sales with digital advertising plans.
- Generating ad copy and implementing ad schedules for optimal exposure.
- Compiling demographic data for marketing teams and talent buyers.
- Devising digital marketing plans for targeted audiences in conjunction with digital media buying, partnerships, CRM, and creative teams.
- Coordinating artist availability for promotions with management and PR agencies.
- Supervising publicity and advance press interviews for artists.
- Developing and pitching promotions to outlets.
- Taking responsibility for day of show activities, such as photography, social media updates, meet and greets, and guest list coordination.
- Providing oversight for the creation of graphics for ecards, banners etc.
- Conducting marketing research and integrating learnings into marketing activities.
- Collaborating with local businesses, agencies, and vendor partners for marketing opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Experience covering media buying, digital media plans, and omni-channel digital marketing.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven track record working in a fast-paced environment and using organisational abilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of social media and their use in marketing contexts.
- Knowledge of data analysis and budgeting.
- Able to cultivate productive relationships.
- Able to switch between the creative and analytical aspects of marketing.
- Knowledge of the music industry.
- Able to lead and guide employees as needed.
