IHSS offers an exciting opportunity for a Stock Administrator to maintain operational stock levels of all products required by the business and provide general administrative support.

**Key responsibilities**:

- To maintain adequate stock levels of items in the stores/other areas
- To carry out stock checks at regular intervals
- Enter purchase details (information, invoices and pricing) into internal database
- Place orders to replenish stock, check off items ordered when received and putting all received items in dedicated shelves/racks
- Compiling daily reports and addressing inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate regular inventory audits
- Carry out assigned admin/clerical tasks as allocated by the Manager
**Key requirements**:

- Ideally experience in stock control / administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to work effectively and positively as part of a team
- This is a full-time position, office hours.
