We are currently seeking a Client Services Coordinator for our clients Liverpool based office. Our client is a dynamic and forward thinking company with a wealth of experience in their industry.

This would be a great role for a graduate looking to start their career or ideally have a minimum of at least 6 months experience in client facing roles. You will be providing a unique service focused on client services and client support.

IT Confident and able to prioritise your workload is required.

**Some main responsibilities include**:

- The entering of client information
- Interpreting results/reports and taking appropriate actions, liaising with staff and clients.
- Producing electronic certificates, reports and invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
- Contributing to credit control activities as required
- Liaise with and support various Management Teams
- Booking in and sending out of samples
- Participation in team meetings and following through actions/projects
- Contributing to the upkeep and improvement of office processes and procedures

**SKILLS**
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Ability to communicate with staff, clients and at all levels
- Good IT skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook as you will be responsible for amending excel spreadsheets.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills as you will be producing reports and documents.
- Work under pressure and to be able to determine and organise priorities, with mínimal supervision.

Starting salary £21,000
