**The Role**

Pinnacle Group are looking for a Compliance Support Coordinator to ensure all Statutory, Mandatory, Planned and Reactive Maintenance appointments are effectively planned in with the military families on behalf of the Regional Accommodation Maintenance Suppliers to deliver a complaint estate on behalf of the DIO.

**Duties/Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure all Statuary, Mandatory and relevant planned appointments are booked accurately on behalf of our Regional Accommodation Maintenance Suppliers
- Deliver clear communications with every family member to maximise access opportunities
- Proactively manage any appointment where a no access has occurred
- Prioritise all appointment bookings ensuring no appointments are arranged within 10 days of the expiry date of the current asset inspection certificate
- Ensure no appointments are booked beyond the expiry date of the current asset inspection certificate
- Providing impeccable levels of service to the armed forces families
- Effectively communicate with RAMS to ensure all appointments are booked accurately and as per RAMS instructions
- Proactively jeopardy manage situations where certificates are at risk of expiry
- Highlight all compliance risks to your line manager outlining a plan to mitigate the risk with every instance.
- Carry out quality checks prior to confirming appointments to ensure accuracy.
- Work closely with the Reactive Maintenance National Service Centre to support the re-appointing of appointments where RAMS have been unable to confirm with the family.
- Communicate positively and effectively during every family interaction
- Maintain effective national level relationships with DIO, RAMS providers and NAMS subcontractors to ensure that contractual requirements are met
- Maintain health relations with all colleagues across the wider National Service Centre
- Support the creation of reports utilising the NEC system and power BI functionality
- Contribute positively to the business continuous improvement strategy particularly within the role being performed

**Skills Required**:

- Can deliver on a high output pace of work and is methodical in their approach
- Has consistent experience in planning / scheduling, organisation, and prioritisation
- A capacity to deliver results to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Is naturally proactive in their approach
- Recognises approaching critical deadlines and realises associated risks in delivering the deadline
- Able to maintain effective working relationships at all levels, and work collaboratively with client and supply chain organisations
- Has strong customer service skills, experience in face to face roles and has a knowledge of service businesses
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Is proficient from a IT system use perspective
