**Key elements of y**our role** as Head of Membership**:

- Overseeing and supporting membership managers/administrators.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective members, members, Directors, and others in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor monthly membership fees, resignations, and refunds.
- Monitor and review processes to identify possible improvements and then work with the relevant team to implement improvements.
- Proactively attend relevant training courses for professional and skill development.
- Adhere to all company rules and regulations and procedures, actively complying with all reasonable requests or communications from the Company
- Have a positive and supportive approach to communication with all members of staff.
- Attend meetings relevant to membership management as required.
- Regularly review membership workflow and internal processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor membership feedback, comments and suggestions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate membership services and benefits; propose potential new benefits and recommend removal of obsolete benefits to enhance the membership offer.

**About you***:

- You have 3 years + experience in this position
- You love to wow guests with exceptional service, and you can cope well under pressure during a busy service.
- You have excellent English language skills
