**Job Description**:
To provide a centralised administrative and communication support to ensure excellent customer service for the region’s venue’s. Delivering consistency and accuracy in compliance, cost management and employment legislation, administration relating to the on-boarding and venue colleagues, HR administration, Payroll, system management and regional supplier expenditure.

To work collectively to answer ongoing queries collaboratively and efficiently from the regional venue’s, Support Office departments and suppliers/contractors.

The role will also incorporate working with Central departments on projects, communications and people initiatives. Some of which may be confidential in nature and require high levels of integrity.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to communicate efficiently with venues colleagues to problem solve and support.
- As individual to understand all Rank policies pertaining to the role responsibilities.
- Ability to meet targets and work as an individual & collectively and collaboratively as a team to achieve them.
- The ability to work with and manage internal IT Services and systems associated with rotas, payroll and invoicing.
- Ability to interact with all Rank systems to a strong user standard (Testing)
- Excellent Excel skills and comfortable on all MS office tools.
- Excellent experience in managing competing priorities and being flexible in the face of change.
- Experience of offering challenge while giving high levels of support.
- Good awareness of data protection and anti-money laundering
- Some gaming environment experience would be an advantage

Additional Information

Working hours will be an average of 40 hours per week, including public holidays and weekends

Indicative hours - 10am to 11pm (multiple shifts)
