Support at Home is a family run, award winning domiciliary care company based in Widnes. We support clients in Runcorn, Widnes and Liverpool. We have been providing high-quality, person-centred care to our clients for 12 years and we have lots of happy clients and carers to show for it.
We are recruiting Support Workers to join our growing team, the day to day role of a Support Worker includes the following key responsibilities: -Helping our clients live independently in their own homes - Administering Medication - Supporting with washing and dressing - Personal care - Meal preparation - Social calls - Safe lifting, transferring, re-positioning and moving of clients. - Home help - Companionship. No two days are the same

- We offer a range of different hours to suit you, from full time to part time positions. Weekend availability must be given by all Support Workers (availability criteria varies depending on required hours which can be discussed during interview)
- Our minimum call time is 30 minutes, no 15-minute pop in calls We do things differently.
- We provide full training and support for all of our Support Workers (you don’t need experience to start your career in care)
- We offer fixed hour contracts, give all staff opportunities to progress whether that’s by completing a fully funded NVQ in Health and Social Care, more senior roles such as Community Supervisor roles or even office-based roles such as Care Co-Ordinator We always recruit internally.
- We pay between £10.90 and £12.90 plus 45p per mile for Drivers and 25p per mile for Walkers.
