About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Liverpool. As a 360 recruitment specialist, you will be responsible for business development within the South Wales area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid management and negotiation
  • Client relationship management
  • Conduct face-to-face visits with clients and stakeholders
  • Recruit and interview candidates
  • Business development within the South Wales area

About You:

  • Proven track record in sales and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong business development skills
  • Experience in Education and/or Social care (advantageous)

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification (preferably in a relevant field)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of education and social care sectors (advantageous)
