Adient seating is a key manufacturer of Land rover seats, based in Speke estuary park near Liverpool airport, the site is visually iconic, large, modern with ample parking to support all employees.

We help bring customers dreams come true. Our customers design the seating for the car they have chosen through images online, we get to bring this vision to life with our team who hand craft some of the most prestigious Land Rover Models currently on the market

You will be impressed with how pristine clean the site is, how efficient everyone is working and how nurturing the whole environment is. Adient is a great place to work. This role would suit someone who is looking for a better work life balance than they have currently, who may want greater flexibility within their work. You will be in an ongoing contract - there is no end date. The role is working a minimum of 30 hours each week - with a bonus of being able to work extra if ant extra shifts become available for sickness and holidays.

You will start your career with us after passing a series of dexterity skills testing. You will be allocated a buddy who will shadow you during the initial stages of your training, no hand is let go until you feel completely at ease with the role. You will be impressed with how patient our team is and the commitment they give to you during those critical few weeks embedding you into the team and the role.

On site we have dedicated areas for our colleagues, helping you feel ingrained in our culture. Our canteen is open daily with freshly prepared hot and cold food made to order. There are kitchen facilities, vending machines, and hot drinks available. Dedicated smoking and vaping areas have been created for our colleagues.

What your day will consist of:

- Working as a team - supporting each other
- Building seats for prestige Cars
- Working with a mixture of fabrics and Leathers
- Ensuring all safety features are in working order
- Feeding fabrics onto the frames - ensuring there is a smooth unblemished feel and look to the seats

What you will receive:

- Weekly pay each Friday
- Dedicated Shut down Holidays - Christmas, whitsun and 2 weeks in Summer
- Flexible working - week 1 working 4 days (6-2) and week 2 will consist of 3 days (2.45pm - 11.45pm)
- Full training and a buddy allocated to you
- A dedicated welfare consultant on site
- Weekends off
- Shift allowances per hour

Contract - Ongoing - No end date

Start Dates - October - November

Pay £13.53 - After 13 weeks £14.20.

Rotational shifts

Holidays - All are taken during Shutdowns allocated by the site

You will be able to travel to site for a 6am shift and be able to get home safely from a 11.45pm shift, able to week a rotation of earlies and lates and looking for a long career.
