**Hours of work**:39 hours per week over 4 days between the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm and includes around 1 full weekend in 5 (6.00am to 4.30pm)

**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity to become part of our in-house team of customer support helpdesk advisors here at James Hall & Co. Our aim is to provide and deliver a fantastic service to our current and potential retailers as well as suppliers and the public.

**Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing**

As a key member of our Customer Support Hub, you’ll handle a variety of tasks ranging from resolving customer issues and enquiries to troubleshooting IT-related problems. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing first-line support for customer queries.
- Utilising problem-solving skills to address incidents promptly, including IT support issues such as till problems, software queries, and network outages.
- Accurately documenting and managing incidents, liaising with internal and third-party teams to ensure swift resolution.
- Contributing to our company's reputation for excellent customer service through your dedication and professionalism.

**A few things about you**

We're seeking individuals with a passion for customer service and a keen interest in IT support. While prior experience in a contact centre or IT support environment is desirable, it's not essential as full training will be provided. Key attributes we're looking for include:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
- A good foundation in IT skills, with a willingness to learn and develop in this area.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively under pressure.
