This exciting and varied role would involve you welcoming visitors and ensuring that they are dealt with in a polite and friendly manner. You will also be responsible for answering the telephone, ensuring that calls are dealt with efficiently.

You will carry out general administrative duties such as photocopying and filing. You will also get involved with data input on our internal SAP system.

You will have a flexible approach to your duties and be willing to handle multiple priorities.

You will often be the first point of contact for customers or suppliers, either by telephone or face to face, and so a friendly approachable demeanour is a must_._

**Main Duties**
- Processing payroll.
- Collating hours worked via employee timesheets.
- Raising purchase orders to suppliers.
- Processing invoices.
- Basic maintenance of both electronic and paper-based filing systems.
- In house HR record keeping including recording absence.
- Ad-hoc data inputting.
- Meeting organisation and greeting customers and suppliers

**Desired Experience**
- Experience working within an aerospace / engineering environment.
- SAP experience.
