Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain phone etiquette when answering and directing phone calls
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Utilize Google Suite and other computerized systems for organizing and managing information
- Provide general administrative support to staff members
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and other computerized systems for administrative tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles using QuickBooks is a plus

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
