This Bank role which will lead specific health promotion activities and interventions to support the wellbeing of colleagues. The Trust is working with NHS charities to focus on the prevention of ill health for colleagues.

The postholder will develop the Trusts wellbeing offer with the aim of increasing levels of physical activity in line with national NHS and NICE guidelines. The postholder will lead the development of a workforce physical activity programme working with colleagues in the Move More project and the Trusts Occupational Health and wellbeing team. Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of a range of interventions delivered will be a key part of the role.
