We are seeking a professionally confident, articulate and enthusiastic individual to join our Health and Wellbeing Team. The applicant must be hold an RCN/HCPC registration or equivalent and must have extensive experience within the field of Health and Wellbeing.

Working within the People and Organisational Development Directorate you will support the delivery of the health and wellbeing priorities contained within the People Strategy and the Health and Wellbeing Plan. You will be an innovative thinker with a flexible and pragmatic approach to work, be a people person who believes in, champions, and supports improvements in wellbeing.

You will be required to work across the Yorkshire region supporting all our staff.

The post offers you an opportunity to be a respected member of our team, engaging with our people and helping to ensure that our staff have access to quality health and wellbeing services.

The post holder will be an excellent communicator and be responsible for forging positive working relationships with internal departments including colleagues in HR, managers, staff, and external service providers.

As a clinical lead you will be an innovative thinker who uses evidence base working closely with stakeholders to develop new approaches that support the management of sickness absence. Your eye for detail and structured approach to wellbeing planning will be fundamental in helping deliver real benefits over the long term.

You will be people focused, providing excellent care and support to all staff, this could range from providing advice, delivering training, supporting case conferences and vaccinations programme. Your skills will support to help create psychological safe spaces where staff feel empowered to reach out for support, understand the wellbeing offer and importance of early intervention.
