**Customer Support Administrator (Energy Storage Systems)**

**Location: GivEnergy, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire**

**Job Type: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm/8:30am
- 4:30pm**

**Salary: £23,000k pa increasing to £25,000 after probation (plus performance bonus scheme)**

**About Us**:
GivEnergy is a globally established, leading energy storage manufacturer of electronic equipment designed to manage energy use and production. We specialise in our range of inverters and battery systems which allow our users to store their renewable/cheap-rate energy, ease pressure on the grid and save some serious money On top of all this, GivEnergy Europe was formed at the end of 2022, GivEnergy Australia was created in the summer of 2023, we’ve just launched in South Africa earlier this year with exciting further plans for global expansion in the works

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
No two days will look the same in this role, but generally, you can expect a mix of the below accountabilities:

- Following up with customers to ensure that their issues are addressed satisfactorily and providing updates on the status of their inquiries or complaints.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth resolution of issues.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction by identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in customer service delivery and addressing customer concerns proactively.
- Contributing ideas and suggestions for process improvements, customer service initiatives, and strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of our products and services.
- Performing various administrative tasks to support as per business demands.
- Being an ambassador for our business and our commitment to excellent product support.

- Strong administration experience in a busy customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive and helpful attitude with ability to maintain this and service levels in challenging or high-pressure circumstances.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills including proficiency in MS Office
- Good level of organisation, planning and task prioritisation skills.
