**Role purpose**

Addressing property data gaps and working alongside the Compliance Manager to ensure data accuracy across our service. An element will be relating to the number of dwellings affected by communal surveys of blocks (c.1200+ blocks) for fire risk and othercompliance measures this will require site-based work. Supporting data review within property services and keeping abreast progress of system implementations.

**Key responsibilities**
- Analysis and compilation of data based on desk top exercise (by others) determining configuration and number of flats within blocks.
- Visiting certain blocks to determine precise configurations (so use of car will ideally be needed)
- Developing and managing excel spreadsheet(s) for this task.
- Produce update reports for progress meetings with Compliance Manager
- Assist with reconciliation of smoke alarm data.
- Assist with determining the number of smoke alarm and Co alarms within homes, this will be based on a desktop exercise and customer contact and may include some element of site-based work.
- Assist with data cleanse on the FRA (Fire Safety Assessment) reconciliation and actions.
- Contacting 3rd party landlords where TBG are the leaseholder/Tenant to obtain critical landlord compliance information.
- Support monthly invoicing and contracts meeting with the Compliance Manager
- Raise work orders in our housing management system and liaise effectively with the contractors and internal teams.
- Work coherently with teams across property services.

**Skills and knowledge**
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Valid Driving Licence
- Work out on site validating desktop information against site-based accuracy.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent data entry skills, ability to input data into systems accurately and within target timeframes.
